Return any new and resaleable item to us within 15 days in new and resaleable condition and we will glady return your purchase price, less a $1 restocking fee. (This restocking fee covers the original postage charges and the cost to restock an item.) There is no restocking fee if an item is defective and you simply want an identical replacement item.

1. Send the item to us, freight prepaid. Click here for our address. The postmark must be within the Satisfaction Guaranteed period.

2. Include the invoice or account number. write the invoice or your account number on the outside of your package. If possible, Include the packing slip with the returned items.

3. Tell us why you are returning the item. Include a note indicating the reason for your return. If the item was defective we will issue you a credit for the purchase price. You may choose to purchase a replacement item using this credit if you desire.

Normally, we will issue a house credit so that you can immediately re-use the returned amount towards another purchase. But if you prefer that the amount be refunded back to your credit card then just include a note in the box and we will be happy to do so.

We strongly recommend shipping your parcels using a Delivery Confirmation. You may wish to purchase insurance as you are responsible for delivering packages to us in good condition.

Returned items must be in new and resaleable condition unless they were defective. For example, we will accept rubber stamps back if they are un-inked but once inked they will be accepted if they do not stamp as the manufacturer intended.

You will receive an email message from us within two weeks of when we receive your items indicating the details of your return and the amount of your credit.
